A pregnant woman accused of trying to rob a Times Square bank while cradling her 2-year-old tot is claiming that a mystery bandit made her do it.
After she was nabbed, Melissa Singh, 26, told investigators that a man stuck a gun in her back and and told her to get a $3 million certified check from the Chase bank she’s accused of trying to knock off in February.
“If I didn’t do it he said he would hurt me very bad,” Singh said outside her home in Richmond Hill, Queens.
“I own my home, I have cars, a nice life — why would I rob a bank?”
