Defense attorneys in the punishment-phase retrial of convicted double cop-killer Ronell Wilson told a federal judge yesterday they want to bar police officers from serving on the jury that could impose the death penalty.

“We think officers could not serve in this case fairly,” attorney David Stern told Brooklyn Judge Nicholas Garaufis, who said he’d issue a written decision.
