Two lesbian fitness instructors say David Barton’s gyms are a training ground for anti-gay harassment.

Deborah Cooke and Christina Rodino slapped the health-club magnate’s business with an employment-discrimination suit yesterday, charging he fosters a “pervasively hostile work environment.”

Their Manhattan federal court filing seeks unspecified damages.
