Their mother was murdered, and now the two young children of a slain Upper West Side financier have lost their grandparents, too.

Shele Danishefsky Covlin’s elderly parents say that they haven’t seen Anna, 9, or Myles, 3, in more than a month, and that the family of her ex-husband, Roderick — the “prime suspect” in her death — has cut them off from the kids while “brainwashing” the youngsters against them.

Joel and Jaelene Danishefsky are seeking Sunday visits with the kids.

“We have been denigrated, attacked and completely cut out of our grandchildren’s lives,” the couple claims in a petition filed July 9 in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Shele, a financial adviser at UBS, was found by Anna dead in a bathtub at their apartment on New Year’s Eve. Initially considered an accident, the death was ruled a strangulation.
