ALBANY — New York’s highest court told The Donald “no dice” yesterday in his bid to avoid paying rent to the state for a planned, but not yet built, catering hall on the Jones Beach boardwalk.

The Court of Appeals dismissed Donald Trump’s motion to overturn an injunction allowing the state Parks Department to collect rent as the casino mogul seeks variances for his Trump on the Ocean.

Trump has been fighting for three years to replace a restaurant built at Jones Beach State Park in 1936.

In June, the court dismissed a $500 million claim for damages from construction delays.
