An alleged mobbed-up trucking mogul who landed a sweet deal to spend weekends at the Jersey Shore while awaiting trial on World Trade Center-related fraud is too afraid to leave home.

Shortly after a story about Gerardo Fusella appeared in The Post last month, a bomb threat was phoned in to his parents’ condo complex in Wildwood Crest — and he hasn’t hit the beach since, officials said yesterday.

And that’s not his only problem.

Freed from wearing an ankle bracelet while out on bail, Fusella has been failing to answer automated calls placed to his home to verify he’s abiding by his nighttime house-arrest curfew, Brooklyn federal prosecutors told a judge yesterday.

Defense lawyer Stuart Rubin argued that his client is a just heavy sleeper and didn’t hear the phone.

Brooklyn federal Judge Kiyo Matsumoto responded by telling Fusella to turn up the phone bell.

Fusella allegedly stole dough from his workers’ pension fund.
