A badly beaten 3-year-old boy was pronounced dead after he was dumped at a Brooklyn hospital Sunday morning — and police have now launched a manhunt for the tragic toddler’s parents, authorities said.

The heart-wrenching incident unfolded at 11:24 a.m., when police said they responded to reports of an unconscious person outside University Hospital at Downstate.

He was pronounced dead at the medical facility, an NYPD spokesperson said.

Sources said the unidentified child was badly bruised and had been “severely beaten.”

Cops are now canvassing the area for witnesses and surveillance video footage to try to identify the boy’s parents, sources told The Post.

Police said there have been no arrests.

The incident comes just days after another tragic young death when a 4-year-old boy died from possible fentanyl poisoning at a Flatbush shelter, according to police.

Last month, a Brooklyn mom was charged in the death of a 6-year-old girl who drowned in the bathtub of her family’s apartment — with the mother allegedly telling cops she was “baptizing” the girl.
