An unlicensed cosmetologist is accused of killing a Bronx woman after injecting silicone into her buttocks and thighs, cops said yesterday.

Elsa Then, 57, allegedly injected the gel-like substance into Fiordaliza Pichardo, 43, in Pichardo’s Bruckner home on March 16 of last year. The next day, Pichardo was admitted to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where she went into cardiac arrest and died.

Then is charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
