Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer is blasting Mayor Bloomberg for failing to enforce traffic laws near the Holland Tunnel, saying it’s creating mayhem for pedestrians and unrelenting honks for residents.

In a letter to DOT Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan, Stringer demands the city take “long overdue action” in enforcing “block the box” traffic laws, sources said.
