An Irish pub in Queens that’s known for its burgers — as well as a feud with the Health Department — could soon serve its last quarter pounder.

The Woodside building that houses Donovan’s is for sale for $3.2 million. The reason: Owner Jack Donovan, 78, wants to retire.

The 45-year-old pub was temporarily closed last year with 67 violation points. It takes 28 points to get a C, the lowest grade.
