He was born with half a face — but he’s all heart.
Bobby Nawrath just turned 6 and has already undergone 15 surgeries to correct birth deformities from Treacher Collins Syndrome.
“He’s going to need another jaw surgery,” said dad James Nawrath, of Bethpage, LI. “He’s going to need ears, cheekbones and a nose job.”
Long Island bricklayer Bill Murphy — whose daughter Erin knows James Nawrath’s brother — is hosting a $20-per-seat benefit lunch today at 1 p.m. at EB Elliot’s restaurant in Freeport, LI.
