New York delegates for Bernie Sanders filed an emergency lawsuit Friday afternoon asking a judge to block Gov. Cuomo from representing the state at the Democratic National Convention — saying Clinton backers appointed him in a sham vote.

The 22 Sanders supporters say they weren’t allowed to cast votes or put up their own candidate for chairman.

The New York State Democratic Committee plans to oppose the suit, lawyer Laurence Levy said.
