Men and women can lower their risk of developing Parkinson’s disease by eating berries, researchers say in a study released yesterday.
Men can further decrease the risk by adding apples, oranges, grapefruits and other sources rich in flavonoids, including chocolate. The Harvard School of Public Health study followed 49,281 men and 80,336 women for 20 to 22 years.
