Gambling in the Catskills is apparently a done deal.

The Middletown Times Herald-Record reported that top state officials, including Gov. Paterson and Sen. Chuck Schumer, will go to Sullivan County Monday to sign a compact with the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohicans.

It will call for building a $700 million casino in Bridgeville, off Route 17, according to officials familiar with the deal.
