A judge has green-lighted a $500 million race-discrimination suit against the celeb-friendly rooftop bar that hosted this year’s unofficial July 4 hot-dog eating contest.

230 Fifth — the Flatiron District hot spot whose recent guests have included La Toya Jackson, Kate Gosselin and former Grateful Dead members Phil Lesh and Bob Weir — is accused of wrecking an October 2009 birthday party for Rainell Owens of Irving, Texas.

Owens and 15 friends, all of whom are black, claim they were booted after owner Steven Greenberg started screaming they would “f- – k up my $10,000 sofa” with the cake they brought. White patrons eating on other sofas were not bothered, Owens claims.
