A muscle-bound bicyclist was charged with bribery after he tried to weasel his way out of a summons by offering a cop free-workout sessions, law-enforcement sources said.

Wesley Fecu, 30, a personal trainer, was stopped for riding his mountain bike on the sidewalk on Church Street at Ocean Avenue in Brooklyn Saturday, the sources said.

The workout guru might have thought the officer — who was last listed at 118 pounds — could use more time with the barbells.

Fecu allegedly offered the cop gym services at Synergy Fitness if he were spared the summons.

“He could have got free personal-training sessions and a discount,” a law-enforcement source joked. “What a dummy.”

The gym rat faces misdemeanor bribery charges, in addition to the bike summons, the sources said.
