ALBANY — New York will finally be able to corral the fast-multiplying intercity buses that have turned Chinatown sidewalks into unregulated depots, state lawmakers said yesterday in introducing a bill.

Sen. Daniel Squadron (D-Brooklyn) said the “Wild West” businesses now park where they want.

Under his bill, they’d have to get city permits for pickup and drop-off sites or face fines.
