ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo yesterday revealed that his plan to replace the Javits Center with a $4 billion convention center at the Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens is dead.

In a radio appearance Cuomo, said talks with Genting, the Malaysian-based gaming company that currently operates the Aqueduct racino, “haven’t really worked out.’’
