More than 400 bikers are expected to rally today to demand that the Justice Department investigate the murder of Police Officer Philip Cardillo 38 years ago in a Harlem mosque headed by the Rev. Louis Farrakhan.

The rally, organized by the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, will commemorate the April 14, 1978, slaying.

A gravesite ceremony is to begin at 11:30 a.m. in Queens’ Calvary Cemetery, and the rally is to conclude at the 28th Precinct in Harlem.
