Biker in fatal crash
A 59-year-old man speeding on an motorcycle died in a fiery wreck in Queens yesterday, authorities said.
Antonio Ferruccio, of Ridgewood, lost control of his 1991 Ducati at about 9:30 a.m. and struck a barrier on the Grand Central Parkway, near the 168th Street exit, cops said. His arm was sheered off as his bike went up in flames, sources said.
Ferruccio went into cardiac arrest and a witness attempted to resuscitate him before EMS arrived, sources added.
He was pronounced dead at Queens General Hospital, according to police.
