The NYPD is about to get help cracking down on rogue cyclists.

Two bills, expected to be introduced tomorrow, will allow Transportation Department inspectors to hit scofflaw delivery cyclists with up to $100 in civil fines.

Under current law, commercial cyclists can be hit only with criminal penalties, which clog the courts and lead to many cases being dismissed, said Councilman James Vacca, who, along with Councilwoman Gale Brewer, sponsored the bills.
