Rogue bicyclists are hogging the express bus lane on 34th Street, slowing straphangers looking for a quick crosstown trip, MTA Chairman Joseph Lhota said yesterday.

“It’s becoming quite an issue,” Lhota told The Post.

Lhota has asked the Department of Transportation to help rein in the scofflaw cyclists.
