PHILADELPHIA — Mayor Bill de Blasio landed a speaking role at the Democratic convention Wed­nesday — but at a time most people won’t be watching.

The mayor, who waited months before endorsing Hillary Clinton, got a 4:30 p.m. slot. Mike Bloomberg got prime time, although he ran for mayor twice — as a Republican.
