Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio was grinning from ear to ear Wednesday morning, a day after it was revealed he was hooking up with a mystery flame.
The Democrat flashed a big smile outside his Park Slope, Brooklyn, home when The Post tried to question him about his paramour — but he showed he was not the kind to kiss and tell.
“Have a nice day … I’ve said it all,” the 62-year-old former mayor replied when asked about his new nickname, “de Smoochio,” as seen on the cover of The Post Wednesday.
The tight-lipped 6-foot-5 mayor then walked to the subway, clad in a suit sans tie, a white dress shirt and sneakers.
De Blasio is reportedly now in an open marriage with longtime wife Chirlane McCray — and news of his apparent new relationship doesn’t seem to be bothering her, as she also smiled while leaving the couple’s shared home as she declined to answer questions.
The former mayor set tongues wagging when he was spotted in a three-hour, early-evening make-out session with a mystery woman at a Manhattan rooftop bar on Friday.
Tipsters at the Upper West Side’s Empire Rooftop bar said Tuesday that the two-term mayor and failed congressional and presidential candidate and his unidentified date are fixtures at the bar of late, holding court there about “three times a week.”

“He’s a guy who went into New York politics being one of the most popular, but came out with no friends. But he is good looking and charming,” said one source. “Nice guy, bad mayor.”
De Blasio and McCray told the New York Times this summer that they are still living with each other and not seeking a divorce while they date other people.
“Honestly, good for him,” said another political insider. “Chirlane probably set them up!”
Their son, Dante, 26, was also spotted leaving the family home Wednesday morning.
