Billionaire investor Howard Marks was all too happy to show the world his $52.5 million Central Park South apartment that was featured in Architectural Digest — but now that the renovation of his new pad at 740 Park Ave. is the subject of a lawsuit by neighbors, he’s asking a judge to seal the court records, citing privacy considerations.

The neighbors, octogenarians Miranda and Hamburg Tang, say they have suffered “sleep deprivation, anxiety and depression” as Marks’ construction project stretches into year five. They are fighting to keep the information public.

“Defendant Marks has made personal revelations and disclosed intimate details about his homes when he stood to gain worldwide publicity and financial gain,” they say in court papers.

Now Marks is asking a Manhattan judge to seal a letter and exhibits in the case with the Tangs.

Jennifer Rearden, attorney for Marks, said the renovation was completed eight months ago.

Rearden said Marks agreed to the coverage only because he was not named in the story.
