Billy Joel’s third ex-wife recently sold the posh West Village townhouse that she got after she divorced the legendary singer for a mindboggling $11.65 million, according to a new report.

Katie Lee, a cookbook author and former “Top Chef” host, split from the Piano Man in 2009 after five years of marriage.

Joel paid $5.9 million for the Perry Street home in 2006, but Lee decided last year she wanted $12.9 million for her once-happy home, London’s Daily Mail reported today.

The home boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an elevator and a garden.

Since then, the 4,000-square-foot home has received visits from several high-profile buyers, including basketball star LeBron James, the newspaper reported.

Lee finally found a buyer, who paid a whopping $11.65 million for home, the newspaper reported.

The name of the new owner has not been made public.
