B’klyn arson blaze rages
Roaring flames came bursting from the windows of a Brooklyn home yesterday in a fast-moving suspected arson fire that gutted the building.
Authorities believe the blaze at 3401 Clarendon Road in East Flatbush was deliberately set by someone who dumped gasoline into the first-floor apartment.
One person at the scene was taken into custody by FDNY fire marshals and questioned at the 67th Precinct station house, a department spokesman said.
Someone called 911 to report an argument at the house shortly after noon.
A mere 12 minutes later, a second 911 call came in reporting a fire at the same location, according to the FDNY.
No one was seriously hurt.
