Barbra Streisand is coming home this fall — to sing in the new Barclays Center.

The Brooklyn-born megastar was listed yesterday on Ticketmaster’s Web site as one of the performers at the 18,200-seat future home of the Brooklyn Nets, which will open Sept. 28 with a series of shows.
