Brooklyn College is kosher.

A City University probe has rejected accusations that Brooklyn College Provost William Tramontano and other brass discriminated against Orthodox Jewish professors in hiring and promotions, The Post has learned.

“We conclude that the evidence does not support the allegations of a pattern of discrimination against Orthodox Jews at Brooklyn College,” said the 24-page report prepared by CUNY counsel Frederick Schaffer and Bettina Plevan, a labor lawyer from the firm, Proskauer Rose.

CUNY Chancellor Matthew Goldstein last month ordered the investigation after The Post reported that Assemblyman Dov Hikind and business-school professors claimed discrimination played a role in several Orthodox Jewish professors being denied appointments and promotions.

But the CUNY probe said the decisions in all the cases reviewed were based on “good faith” academic judgments and procedures.

The report said the college’s business school had tightened its faculty standards to win accreditation from the American Association of Colleges and Schools of Business.
