An off-duty Brooklyn cop shot himself in an apparent suicide in Ridgewood today, law-enforcement sources said.

The 43-year-old sergeant was driving towards the Brooklyn North Task Force where he worked when he pulled over near the Linden Hill Cemetary on Woodward Avenue and Starr Street about 7:50 a.m., and shot himself in the chest, sources said.

He was pronounced dead in his parked 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV, sources added. No criminality is suspected.
