Hooray for . . . Navy Yard?

Brooklyn will soon be home to the nation’s first graduate film school incorporated into a working movie-studio lot.

Brooklyn College will open the Graduate School of Cinema on Steiner Studios’ production lot at the Navy Yard in time for the 2013 fall semester, officials said yesterday.

The school is expected to serve up to 275 students in nine degree programs.

At private institutions, the cost of a graduate film degree can reach $150,000, compared to $35,000 at Brooklyn College.
