B’klyn ‘strangle’
Authorities have classified the death of a woman whose body was found dumped in a laundry bag in an abandoned Brooklyn lot Wednesday as a homicide.
Victim Renee Staton, 50, who disappeared from her home on East 107 Street around 10:15 a.m., Dec. 14, was allegedly strangled with a cord or rope, the Medical Examiner’s Office said.
She was found this week by a man walking on Lott Avenue.
