The Brooklyn teen who murdered radio journalist George Weber after the two had met online was sentenced today to 25 years behind bars.

John Katehis, 18, was given the maximum sentence for brutally stabbing Weber 50 times in March 2009.

Before he was sentenced, Katehis asked for forgiveness.

“For the death of George Weber, I am sorry,” he said. “I regret it.”

Katehis may have said he was sorry, but the remorseless psycho spent most of the hearing smiling.
