An M-80 explosive device exploded underneath a baby carriage last night in Washington Heights — but the child escaped without injured, cops said.
The device was tossed from a window onto Audubon Avenue near West 178th Street and rolled underneath the stroller.
The explosion charred the unidentified baby’s pink ribbon and the stroller was briefly on fire, WNYW/Channel 5 reported.
