A blind woman says she was hit by blatant discrimination at her Upper West Side gym.

Joan Reveyoso joined the New York Sports Club on West 62nd Street in November 2011, after staffers assured her they would be able to deal with her disability. But a few months later they changed their minds, she said.

A spokeswoman for New York Sports Clubs declined to comment on the pending lawsuit.
