They were caught blue-handed.

Three employees greedier than Gargamel swiped Smurfs memorabilia from a Staten Island event-production company two days before the blockbuster movie’s big premiere last month in Midtown, authorities said yesterday.

Stephen Salley, 22, James Geddie, 19, and Devine Farrow, 23, stole figurines, cereal, bags and lollipops emblazoned with the tiny blue-hued cartoon characters from Everything Entertainment’s warehouse in Mariners Harbor on July 22, court papers claim.

Just three hours prior to the theft, Salley allegedly asked on his Facebook account, “Who wants to work?” When a pal asked what the job entailed, Salley replied, “Mackin smufs,” cops said.

Everything Entertainment provided the tent for the screening, where Katy Perry, Hank Azaria, Neil Patrick Harris and Sofia Vergara walked the blue carpet.
