Long-shot mayoral candidate Bo Dietl can’t even vote for himself in the city’s primaries in September, after a judge found he failed to properly register for either party.

Last month, Dietl compared the state judge, Debra James, to Mayor de Blasio’s wife, and critics immediately called him racist, saying the only similarity is that both are black women.

Dietl had checked the wrong boxes on his voter-registration form.
