The body of a 21-year-old man was found in an alley between two Midtown buildings Wednesday ­afternoon, cops said.

Construction workers in an apartment on West 45th Street near Ninth Avenue spotted the body and alerted the building’s superintendent, who called 911.

First responders declared the man dead at the scene, police said.

The cause of death was unclear Wednesday night.
