Police say they are investigating the death of a 40-year-old man found unconscious on a Queens street as a homicide.
Police say they responded to a 911 call of an unconscious and unresponsive male in front of a Higgins Street address early Monday morning.
The victim was transported to Flushing Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say the medical examiner’s office has declared the death a homicide due to a blunt force trauma to the head.
