SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — Authorities say they’ve found the body of a 19-year-old college student from Westchester who disappeared after leaving a party in an upstate city last weekend.
Police say a search team late Tuesday morning found Alexander Grant’s body submerged in a creek on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, where the Briarcliff Manor resident was visiting when he disappeared.
Police say Grant, a sophomore at Boston College, was at a house party Saturday night with friends attending Skidmore College. He left and was last seen early Sunday morning on surveillance video at a doctor’s office, where he broke through a window.
Police say his body was found about three-tenths of a mile from the building. There was no immediate word on a possible cause of death.
Authorities began searching Sunday night after Grants’ friends reported him missing.
