A man jumped to his death from the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge on Thursday, police said.

A tipster called authorities after seeing the man leap from the lower level of the span’s Brooklyn-bound side around 11:30 a.m., prompting cops to deploy the NYPD Harbor Unit, authorities said.

The man’s body was recovered from the water and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The medical examiner will determine the official cause of death.
