A body recovered in a wooded New Jersey area might be that of missing nanny Stephanie Parze — who vanished nearly three months ago, according to new reports.

Authorities discovered the body at 2:46 p.m. Sunday just south of Old Mill Road in Old Bridge, Middlesex County Acting Prosecutor Christopher L.C. Kuberiet and Old Bridge Police Chief William Volkert told the Asbury Park Press.

The “fairly decomposed” body is believed to belong to Parze, 25, law enforcement sources told NBC New York.

Volunteers had previously searched in that same area for Parze, according to the reports. Authorities have also searched in Staten Island.

The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office is expected to perform an autopsy Monday.

Parze vanished from her Freehold, New Jersey, home Oct. 30 after a girls’ night out with her mom and sister to see medium Cindy Kaza’s show in New Brunswick.

Her parents, Edward and Sharlene Parze, later found her car in the driveway and her cellphone stuffed in the couch.

Less than a month later, her ex-boyfriend, John Ozbilgen — who was under investigation by authorities — hanged himself in his parents’ garage.

Earlier this month, Parze’s mom said Ozbilgen slept over the night before her daughter’s disappearance and may have seen her before she vanished, 911 audio reveals.
