A judge has frozen the assets of two New Jersey men accused of operating a bogus 9/11 charity.

The judge yesterday also ordered officials to impound the red truck that bears the names of those killed on 9/11 that the men drove around the state.

Thomas Scalgione, of Stafford Township, and Mark Niemczyk, of Tinton Falls, are accused of using donations for personal gain. They have denied the allegations.
