A 65-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested at JFK Airport Tuesday evening for claiming that he had a bomb in his suitcase, police sources said.

Ilya Burd, of Bensonhurst, was at the Jet Blue ticket counter at about 5:45 p.m., preparing to board the West Palm Beach-bound plane when an attendant asked if he was carrying anything dangerous — a standard question.

“Yes, a bomb,” Burd allegedly replied. Then repeated his claim.

Cops were called to the scene, but no explosive were found.

Burd, who also maintains a home in Florida, was charged with “falsely reporting an incident” and taken to a local hospital for psychiatric observation, sources said.
