BOSTON — A man linked to last summer’s failed Times Square bombing will plead guilty and be deported to his native Pakistan but avoid prison, the feds said yesterday.

Aftab Ali transmitted money without a license and lied about his immigration status, according to papers filed in US District Court in Boston.
