Mama mia, that’s a spicy bomb scare.
The NYPD rushed to a Long Island City gas station to disarm a suspicious-looking pressure cooker Monday — only to find out it was just a pot of spaghetti in marinara, law enforcement sources said.
The cooker was left inches away from a fuel pump at the Mobile station at 21st Street and Broadway before cops were called at 4:45 p.m., officials said.
The bomb squad placed a portable X-ray machine just feet away from the pressure cooker, seeing inside to discover it was filled with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
