The man accused of lobbing Molotov cocktails into a mosque and a Hindu temple on New Year’s Day complained in court yesterday about how long his case is taking.

“I was indicted in February. Time has expired for a [psychiatric] exam,” Ray Lazier Lengend griped to a Queens judge.
