New York radical Lori Berenson could be coming home soon.

The activist, imprisoned in Peru for 15 years for collaborating with leftist guerrillas, was paroled last week but told she couldn’t leave the country for the five years remaining on her sentence. However, Justice Minister Victor Garcia yesterday called her a “nuisance” who might be deported.
