A young woman from Philadelphia sued the Mets yesterday over injuries she says she suffered when she was booted from Citi Field following an argument with Amazin’ fans.

Phillie fan Kaylee Gavigan, 25, says that she was booted from the ballpark on July 4, 2012, and that as a female guard was escorting her out, she pushed her down a flight of stairs. She is seeking unspecified damages.

The Mets declined to comment.
