Manhattan prosecutors said Thursday that they are investigating additional charges against a real-estate broker accused of drunkenly swiping a taxi when the cabby stopped at a Manhattan police station to report her for refusing to pay.

“The people may consider an offer of a plea to driving while intoxicated and not grand larceny,” said Assistant District Attorney Casey Conzatti in Manhattan Criminal Court. “We’re also investigating additional charges.”

When Ronald Desir, 50, picked up Kinga Tabares on Nov. 13, she “was so drunk, she didn’t know where she was going,” the cabby told The Post.

Tabares, 27, who works for high-end real-estate company Douglas Elliman, then allegedly refused to pay, forcing Desir to stop at the 13th Precinct station house.

That’s when Tabares allegedly hopped into the driver’s seat and took off.

She faces raps for grand larceny, DWI and operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
